Pelayanan publik prima merupakan amanat Undang-Undang Desa Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 untuk mempercepat terwujudnya kesejahteraan umum masyarakat desa. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Mayarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan oleh dosen UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi pada pemerintahan desa-desa yang ada di Kecamatan Bram Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat ini melihat bahwa desa dapat menerapkan e-government dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang ada dan bisa diakses semua orang secara gratis, Dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Para peserta kegiatan PkM ini yang terdiri dari Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, dan Operator Desa sangat antusias dengan hadirnya workshop ini karena dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan mereka. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peserta sangat puas apalagi ini merupakan kegiatan perdana di daerah mereka sehingga mereka mengharapkan ada kerjasama lanjutan ke depannya.
