Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR) Authors ARE NOT REQUIRED to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process. This part of the APC or Article Processing Charge is Free.

Article Publication: If this paper is accepted for publication, the Authors need to contact Editor In Chief for further information.

If there is any article publishing fee (APC),  that will be intended to cover article publication costs. This fee includes:

10. Indexing Services for Moraref, Sinta, Google Scholar, etc.
11. DOI activation services
12. Online hosting or long-term archiving services
13. Journal publishing administration services
