Journal History

Elementary: Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar was established by the Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI), Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (FTIK), Institut Agama Islam Negeri Metro, Lampung, in March 2015. Its establishment aimed to disseminate, share, and promote scholarly knowledge through research-based publications in the field of elementary education.

The first issue, consisting of eight scientific articles, was published in June 2015. Since its establishment, Elementary: Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar has continuously strived to improve its quality and has received positive recognition and support from researchers, lecturers, teachers, practitioners, professionals, and other stakeholders who are involved in, concerned with, and dedicated to the development of elementary education in Indonesia.
