The digitalization of Islamic banking offers opportunities to expand financial inclusion; however, public preference for digital Islamic banking services remains influenced by technological and behavioral factors. This study aims to examine the impact of ease of digital access, trust in Islamic banks, and digital features and innovations on public preference for digital Islamic banking services in Banten Province. A quantitative approach using PLS was employed to analyze survey data collected from Islamic banking users. The results indicate that digital features and innovations have a positive and significant impact on public preference, whereas ease of digital access and trust in Islamic banks have a positive but insignificant impact. The insignificant effect of trust is a notable finding, given that credibility and adherence to Sharia principles are fundamental characteristics of Islamic banking. This suggests that trust alone is insufficient to determine public preference; technological and functional factors must be considered alongside institutional credibility.
