Manuscript Withdrawal Policy
Authors are expected to submit manuscripts only after ensuring that the work is ready for editorial evaluation. A request to withdraw a manuscript should be made only for valid and justifiable reasons.
Manuscripts may be withdrawn before the peer-review process begins without any administrative consequences. However, once a manuscript has entered peer review, substantial editorial and reviewer resources have already been committed. Therefore, withdrawal requests at this stage are discouraged.
If an author requests withdrawal during the peer-review process, an administrative withdrawal fee of IDR 250,000 will be charged to cover editorial and review management costs.
If a manuscript has been accepted for publication and the author subsequently requests withdrawal without a valid ethical or legal reason, an administrative withdrawal fee of IDR 1,000,000 will apply.
Withdrawal requests will be processed only after all applicable administrative obligations have been fulfilled.
Submitting the same manuscript simultaneously to multiple journals or withdrawing a manuscript because it has been accepted elsewhere constitutes unethical publication practice. In such cases, the Editorial Board reserves the right to reject current or future submissions from the author(s) and may notify the affiliated institution when appropriate.
