About the Journal
International Journal of Islamic Economics is a peer-review journal by The Postgraduate of Institut Agama Islam Negeri Metro Lampung Indonesia, dedicated as a venue to publish research papers or manuscripts related to Philosophy of Islamic Economics, Islamic Economic Thought, Islamic Economics and Contemporary Issues, Halal Studies, Islamic Finance, Islamic Banking and Islamic philanthropy (zakat, waqf, sadaqah, and infaq). All manuscripts published by International Journal of Islamic Economics of IAIN Metro are openly accessible for any readers without subscriptions.
The editors wish to invite researchers to contribute their manuscripts. This journal is published periodically twice a year; July and December. It is a peer-review journal and use English as its scientific language

Current Issue
The International Journal of Islamic Economics publishes scientific research articles in the fields of Islamic Economics, Islamic Banking, Halal Studies, and Islamic Philanthropy. After a rigorous review and selection process, we accepted 8 articles for publication in this edition.
This edition has been available online since November 24, 2025.
