Syakhshiyyah: Journal of Islamic Family Law provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles published in this journal are accessible online without any financial, legal, or technical barriers. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, and to use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that proper acknowledgment of the original work is given.

By implementing a full open access policy, Syakhshiyyah aims to enhance the visibility, accessibility, and impact of scholarly research in the field of Islamic family law, and to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge to academics, practitioners, and the wider public.
