the personal Indonesian citizen. The way how to manage the economic system in Indonesia has been mandated and regulated in 1945 Constitution.  The citizen’s welfare should become the main goal in  admission of democratic economy. The problems of welfare in Indonesia aren’t solved yet because the nation has been exposed to globalization and modernization of the economy as a serious challenge in maintaining the nation’s economic wisdom without having left behind the world of phenomena. It became a very heavy homework for the structure of government in initiating legislation and policies of the Indonesian economy which must continue to promote the democratic economy. These problems should be solved wisely in law perspective of Indonesian economy by paying attention to International economic law which grows rapidly like a snowball .
