Hukum Konsumsi Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

Abstrak

Islam assumes  that the Earth with all the content is the mandate of God Almighty to human as the Caliph in the Earth to be used as well as possible for the mutual welfare. One of the functions is economic activity (mu'amalah in General) and especially consumption activity. The autorization consumption is not personal right, but it is the rights together as social beings. Therefore, for balancing the personal fulfillment and individual rights or collective rights is aim at preventing the harm each other, then Allah gives signs that must be obeyed by human  which contained in the Qur'an. However, the technical details are not explained in the mu'amalah Qur'an. Therefore, it takes a Hadits as baya > nut tafsi > r, gives the details (Tafs} i > l) and interpretation of the verses of al-Qur'a > n still mujmal and give taqyi > d on the verses each mutl} AQ. E.g. verses about the obligation of eating and drinking things that are still kosher mujmal. While In another verse explaines that it is not to the technic, there is no explenation how to get it. For example, in surat al-Baqarah verse 275, Almighty God justifies the sale. But the technical of buying and selling are not described in it, here is the function of the Hadith to explain it.
