Abstrak

The banking crisis of homeland happened in 2007 creates economic turmoil in Indonesia   becomes unstable. In the such situations and circumstances, it needs the risk of financing which becomes an important factor in achieving a good banking system

. However , the rules that especially concern to the risk of bank financing in fact is not enough to guarantee the banking system free from all the problems , especially in istishna financing .
