Konsep Monopoli dalam Tinjauan Ekonomi Islam

Abstrak

In generally, monopoli is mastery of the one part to a certain type of thing. In Indonesia, the monopoly practices could not be said all harm. Moreover, there are few monopolies that have positive effect in the most important assets, such as: PLN, PAM, Pertamina and others. A government monopoly practices refers to the the 1945 Constitution article 33. While, forbidden monopoly practices are a monopoly that can be detrimental the society, such as the monopoly sources of necessity food with the aim of looking for unilateral profit. Whereas, the source of necessity food is very needed by society in generally. In view of the Indonesia business, monopoly practices is very prohibited as stated in law No. 5 of 1999. However, in the view of some Islamic scholars, monopolies are allowed if they do not do ikhtikar (excessive profit-taking). In a review of Islam business, monopoly is the main cause of the chaos of economic order. Monopoly practices in the business world tends to be effected by the selfishness and want to profit unilaterally. Certainly, It would be very unrest the society.to reduce monopoly practices. Governments and society can conduct proactive steps to reduce monopoly practices. The government must enforce the law to the institutions or individual people who practise a monopoly that can be detrimental to society a lot. While, the society may report to law enforcement authorities if they notice any monopoly practices that lead to chaos of economic.
