Urgensi Administrasi Peserta Didik dalam Lembaga Pendidikan

Abstract

This study aims to describe the urgency of student administration in an educational institution. This study uses a literature study research method using books, journals, and other literature sources as the main sources. The results of this study indicate that student administration is a collaborative effort carried out by educators to organize the entire series of activities related to students, from admission to graduation of students, in order to achieve the goals of an educational institution; such a large number of student administration activities need to be understood by educators, so that teaching and learning activities run well, effectively, and efficiently, so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally; and the purpose of holding student administration is to organize and manage the entire series of activities related to students so that the teaching and learning process in schools can be carried out in an orderly, smooth, and orderly manner, and the educational objectives of the school can be achieved. Thus, student administration is very important to pay attention to in an educational institution, because students are one of the main components in education that must be fostered, educated, and directed to become quality and virtuous human beings.
