Lecturers who have just taught in college classes will usually adapt first to class. Moreover, lecturers who have just finished their studies at the Masters level. At IAI Darussalam Martapura there are many young lecturers who have just joined and started learning. So that this situation can be used as the subject and object of research. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis with data collection through interviews and observations made incidentally. One of the results of this study is that the involvement of lecturers both intellectually and emotionally is a very prominent factor in creating a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
